Working Hours at Isla Lipana & Co.

The company is pretty flexible with the hours we work in the office however because of the heavy workload sometimes we render more than 8 hours in a workday to accomplish our tasks.

During the busy season, I have spent most of my time in the office rather than in the comfort of my home. But on normal days like slack season, I am satisfied working flexibly for 8 hours a day and have the option to work from home or in the province.

We are required to report to the office at least 3x a week (hybrid). During busy season, I found myself reporting to the office almost every day, including weekends and I only got to return home for sleep then proceed to work again the next day. The schedule was exhausting, on top of the impatient clients and tight deadlines.

Very flexible which is a plus

The time I spend in the office is great especially during the slack season.

We can work as early as 7am -4pm to 9am-6pm

We are flexible, but are required to be present during the core hours to attend to clients' needs.

We are flexible in the morning and we have a hybrid working set up.
