The office is okay to say the least. Cebu is a pretty small department so the size of the office is reasonable.

Our office here in Cebu is quite small. It gets very crowded when everyone is required to come at the office.

The office is clean, spacious and nice. I also love the conference room and the pantry area.

Flexible dress code which is a plus, but the pantry needs more improvement in terms of sanitary issues.

There is really no designated space for Human Resources/Human Capital since the pandemic. We are using a repurposed room for our operations. It is a small room with no available space to conduct private calls with clients. Meeting rooms are scarce. Dress code is business casual, which is okay.

Company is not so strict about dress code. The office I belong to is located in Makati which is almost at the center of the business district. It's easy to reach.

Could use more meeting rooms and ample space/offices per department
