A Day in the Life at Kearney

We have a problem solving session with the team, where we discuss our progress so far, where we are seeing the biggest opportunities and any challenges or roadblocks.

Currently, we're in the early stages of a cost transformation project for a major telco client. I'm finalizing a Baseline model for their cost base to identify opportunities for cost benefits.

Being able to work on so many interesting projects, across a range of industries, is what makes Kearney such a great place to work.
