2022 HR Operations Administrator Intern (Start ASAP)

An internship within HR Operations offers you invaluable hands-on experience and can set you up for a successful career once you complete your studies. You will be a part of a supportive team which will provide you on-the-job training and technology whilst working from home.

In this role you will be involved in the delivery of global employee administration and broader HR Operations activities. The team is responsible for delivering services such as Employee Data Management, Employee On-boarding, Global Mobility, Global Payroll, HR Information Systems, and HR Service Desk. You will be managing the creation, update, maintenance, and use of employee data; generating employment contracts, documents and letters; facilitating employment screening checks; administering international assignments, transfers, and expiries; providing support on PeopleSoft HR and other internal HR systems; and completing other general HR operational activities.

We are looking for students from a wide range of degree backgrounds who are completing their final year in the university. You will have keen eye for detail, good numeric and analytical skills, strong commitment to completion and delivery, good communication skills, adaptability skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
