Your role

• You will coordinate with HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Contracts and HR Shared Services teams regarding Employment Screening breaches, training breaches, leavers, contract expiries, global mobility, staff updates, etc.
• Produce HR reports.
• Assist in Appraisal and Talent Process – Update the Talent Roundtable Representatives, update the Primary Manager list, generate completion rates, and request my performance changes.
• Perform administrative tasks such as submitting STL forms for int'l transfer/extension, employment status conversion, visitor setups, contract extensions, worksite documents upload and retrieval, and my performance and appraisal forms retrieval.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as providing employee data and basic report analysis.
