Employee Compliance Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your role

You will administer compliance systems and the compliance certification program and perform compliance checks for staff and new hires. In addition, you will review staff accounts, clearance requests, and trading records, undertake ongoing monitoring of staff trading activities, and advise staff and key stakeholders on general compliance matters.

About you

What you offer:

• Self-driven and curious with a keen interest in compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in compliance or risk management, ideally from the financial services or professional services industry.
• Open to fresh graduates.

Note: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
