Your role
Timely and accurate completion of background screening final reports
Adheres to minimum background screening final reports completion rate per month
Timely initiation and completion of employment screening checks for employee's periodic or ad hoc screening requirement
Liaise with candidates/employees, hiring managers, and vendors to facilitate the completion of employment screening checks, update HR systems, tools, and tracking logs, and answer inquiries via email and phone
Timely and accurate tracking of all inquiries in a case management system and update details as required
Produce employment screening-related reports for the Business
Process monthly invoice
Collaborate with other Human Resource Operations functional teams, including Onboarding, Data Management, etc.
Perform regular User Access Reviews
