About Macquarie Group

Your role

  • Timely and accurate completion of background screening final reports
  • Adheres to minimum background screening final reports completion rate per month
  • Timely initiation and completion of employment screening checks for employee's periodic or ad hoc screening requirement
  • Liaise with candidates/employees, hiring managers, and vendors to facilitate the completion of employment screening checks, update HR systems, tools, and tracking logs, and answer inquiries via email and phone
  • Timely and accurate tracking of all inquiries in a case management system and update details as required
  • Produce employment screening-related reports for the Business
  • Process monthly invoice
  • Collaborate with other Human Resource Operations functional teams, including Onboarding, Data Management, etc.
  • Perform regular User Access Reviews
