Your role

Provides group-wide support for Human Resources functions including global payroll, onboarding, HR Service Desk, and mobility. the HR payroll roles and responsibilities involve:

• Managing and processing payroll data, such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, deductions, and bonuses.
• They also coordinate with managers and employees to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
• HR payroll may also handle employee relations, such as recruitment, salary increases, benefit deductions, vacation leave, sick leave, and termination.

Compensation & benefits

According to research, the salary estimate is PHP 15,000 to PHP 25,000 per month. Some benefits may include:

About you

• Students from a wide range of degree backgrounds who are completing their final year in the university and require a mandatory internship (at least 400 hours or more) as part of their curriculum.
• You will have a keen eye for detail.
• Strong commitment to completion and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
