Your role
Manage team mailbox triage;
Ensure quality and integrity of third-party-related data captured in their Supplier Risk Management System;
Assist the development and dissemination of supplier risk and outsourcing reporting;
Collaborate in the production of internal user guides and intranet content regarding supplier risk management including outsourcing;
Collaborate in the development of content for raising awareness/ training campaigns (e.g., Workplace, Sharepoint, Macnet);
Explore opportunities to automate and systemize repeatable work patterns

About you
Willingness to improve knowledge sharing across suppliers, outsourcing aligned risk domains to generate cross-division opportunities, and developing best practice policies and procedures.
Ability to excellently communicate with customers, both verbal and written.
Ability to solve problems with a mix of analytical and creative thinking
Ability to analyze complex data, with strong attention to detail, and ability to identify solutions
