The Accounting Associate is responsible for the effective and accurate processing, monitoring, and posting of all financial reporting activities of PDC Warehouse team.

Offline:

  • Records/monitors warehouse daily transactions for billing
  • Generates warehouse daily transactions for billing
  • Generates and submits monthly billing of transactions incurred for the month to PDC management
  • Validates monthly billing reports vs. actual daily transactions
  • Prepares billing to SBU
  • Validates 3PL Billing vs. actual transaction (e.g. LBC,F2 Logistics billing)
  • Prepares payment request form (PRF) for submission to Finance

Online:

  • Receives cash ( COD) from riders (Coop and Primer riders)
  • Deposits collected cash to the bank
  • Submits COD monthly report to PDC, management
  • Generates inbound and outbound transactions in Anchanto for billing ( quantity & number of transactions
  • Generates and submits monthly billing of transactions incurred for the month to PDC management
  • Validates monthly billing reports vs. actual daily transactions
  • Prepares billing to SBU
  • Validates 3PL Billing vs. actual transaction (e.g. LBC,F2 Logistics billing)
  • Prepares payment request form (PRF) for submission to Finance

Skills Requirement:

  • Excellent in financial analysis
  • Excellent Documentation Skills
  • Demonstrated communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • With the ability to collect, organize and analyze amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in other Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, etc and related accounting/ERP programs, preferably NAV system

    • The salary could be better, especially with the amount of work we do.

    • There should be more training, especially for merchandising know-how since, as brand people, we should know every aspect of the business.
