Pros & Cons

We can start working from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, as long as you render 8 hours of work in the office.
The people here are really easy to talk to, and the workplace has a laid-back and comfortable vibe.
Primer helps me to hone my character by allowing me to experience challenges and training.
They let us have a very hands-on mentoring & promote a healthy work-life balance.
Primer has a great working culture, giving value to Integrity, Self-discipline, Teamwork, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Passion for Excellence.

The area to where our office is situated, Malate, Manila, is highly prone to flooding.
The workload can be quite heavy, and some processes between teams could be improved to make our work more efficient.
No hybrid setup anymore.
The salary could be better, especially with the amount of work we do.
There should be more training, especially for merchandising know-how since, as brand people, we should know every aspect of the business.
