On some aspects yes, but there are times they don't guide you unless you ask.

My bosses make good mentors. They are very approachable whenever I have questions regarding work and they make sure to provide feedback accordingly. They also give credit to where credit is due.

My immediate leader and the other magers are all nice and encouraging. They all root for my growth as a merchandiser and I am grateful for that. They ensure that I know how to improve myself and they also give good feedback too. My immediate leader, in particular, holds a lot of trust in me even though I do not feel that way about myself. It makes me want to work harder and learn as much as I can.

My mentor listens to me any time of the day or even night. That's how accessible my boss is. Haha he's my mentor in persol and work life. Whenever I do something good, he immediately recognize it and ensures to praise me privately and publicly as necessary. He's a generous and supportive mentor.

Yes, they are very much insightful mentors because they help us learn, grow, and bring out the best in us. We are sometimes questioned of things about our own brands not because they want us to get embarrassed, but because they want us to really know our business or our brand and it becomes a wake up call to really focus on our own brand. Overall, they are very much approachable and communication is open anytime to help us in our concerns.
