Lower than other big domestic companies.

We barely get bonuses

The company does pay me relatively higher than a lot of different fields/industries, but with the current economic state, it is a bit lacking to support my living expenses. However, I wasnt able to get a bonus yet since I was only 4 months in last Dec. I do hope we can receive incentives as well.

I want to choose neutral. I am unsure of my market value, but I trust my Immediate Leader that he's just and acknowledges my efforts.

I researched the basic salary for my role and since I'm a fresh graduate, the starting salary was close to the minimum basic salary for my role.

Giving bonuses are not assured. Pay is also not fair. Given that there's a lot of fresh graduates in the workplace, the salary offered is not the same. Some are given higher pay despite being a fresh graduate just because the latin honor is higher than the other.

Reasoble basic pay and benefits, little to no bonuses

The pay is quite average, especially for a recent graduate like me. However, the bonuses are good since they are tied to the performance of sales, particularly during mega campaigns.

I really don't know since I haven't had one.

The pay could definitely be better, especially with the work I'll be doing. However, the benefits are great so I don't mind as much. I haven't heard much about bonuses, but they do have the mandatory benefits like 13th month pay, and so on.

Good for starting.

Besides the basic pay, it would be good to also be given bonuses, especially if the brand is able to reach their quota. If not monetary, it may be good to have brand hangouts to build good relationships.

I am thankful for the salary they gave me as new graduate. But I hope there will be additiol bonuses or extra allowances, or yearly increase.

It is above average, but since I live far from Primer, it has been one of the things that I need to save on.

I am very much satisfied about the pay for us as fresh graduates because the offer is way different for us in Primer. Although bonuses are just satisfactory, the economic status really affects how we spend and how satisfied we are in our pay and bonuses.

For me, the perk I value the most here is the HMO that we get upon hiring. A lot of other compnies issue the cards/accounts upon regularization but here we get it as soon as we start. I also like that we can freely use the gym at the office but I haven't taken advantage of that perk yet.

Best perks, increased employee discount. Other than that I haven't known anything yet that surpasses this perks haha

Reimbursements but rates don't consider inflation anymore. I find myself shelling out a portion of my money for transportation, food, logistics, and mostly marketing expenses for onground events and activities

Perks are the flexible time, employee-exclusive discounts (on all the brands under the company, which is around 100+), health insurance is also given upon hire. Generally, it's great that there is a window time where we could come to office.
