Our company has a lot of program to help the environment, one of those is "Saving our Seas"

They are active on supporting their partner charities and organizations

I also can't really feel the company's sustaibility efforts that much as well.

Small initiatives like the paper bag program

I would rate my company's commitment to reducing their environmental impact positively. They actively participate in sustaibility initiatives and encourage practices that minimize environmental harm.

So far, during employee sales, we're encouraged to bring our own eco bags since they don't use plastic bags.

Given that we are in the retail industry, not all brands have sustaible efforts (especially local ones). It will also be good to have these initiatives given that there are single use packaging utilized.

Some IP brands like Grind PH already initiated sustaibility efforts like one of their stores: Grind One Ayala Makati and other brands as well when it comes to their shopping bags.
