Very smooth & quick interview process.

The interview process for me was quite speedy. I was able to receive adequate updates regarding the status of my application.

It was organized and conducted on a timely manner. I was endorsed and properly assisted until on boarding.

The interview process typically involves an initial phone or google meet, followed by one or more in-person interviews with team members and magers. Assessments may include skills tests or practical exercises relevant to the role. The process aims to evaluate both technical abilities and cultural fit.

It was easy. The HR personnel assisted me during the interview process, getting my documents for work, and made it easy to familiarize with the company/

speedy since I sent it to someone very important here. but heard others had really bad experience with the hiring process AKA ghosting etc.

The application process is a bit slow. When I submitted an application, it took weeks for someone to respond at my email. The interview process includes two phases: initial interview and fil interview (with the hiring mager). They offered me different roles, took every test that they asked me to do. In the end, when they said I was already hired for the job, they set a scheduled meeting to discuss my job offer. But on the day itself, they cancelled it last minute and didn't give an explation as to why they did it. They only explained when I sent an email again.

The interview process is quick, and the assessments come with clear instructions.

I'd say the hiring process was fine. I believe one factor was that they really needed someone at the time. If I remember correctly, it took about a month or a month and a half for me to get hired.

During my first time applying, they did not reply at all when I asked for follow ups. Sent more than 5 emails asking from different people in the HR department when the schedule of my interview was and never got a reply. When I applied for a second time, I spoke to the same person who interviewed me the first time and she didn't remember me at all.

The company had a three-step job application process. First was the initial interview, which was properly scheduled. They reached out to me via text then sent a google calendar invite upon my confirmation of my availability. This was facilitated online, which was great. Followed by the application requirements such as the application google form, essay documents, and other pertinent documents were required to secure a fil interview. This was also understandable and not too time-consuming. Lastly, we had a fil onsite interview at the company's office. This helped me scout the place and see the company's facilities persolly, which was great.

The interview process is thorough and assesses both technical skills and cultural fit. It typically includes an initial phone screening, followed by a virtual interview and face-to-face interview where I meet the team.

The interview process and assessments are both smooth flowing. Although, it would be better to have updates from the hiring team from time to time. I think my overall hiring process lasted for 2-3 months.

For my initial interview with HR, the questions were more centered to myself and my persolity--more on who I am as a person. As for the next interview with the magers/supervisors, the questions focused more on my work ethic, how I think and act, and my thoughts on the possible role I am expected to take.

Typical question like tell me about myself, strength and weaknesses also in my interviews, I was asked questions about my previous work experience, my approach to problem-solving, how I handle teamwork and conflict, and my familiarity with relevant skills and tools. They also inquired about my career goals and how I align with the company's values and mission.

Since I interned here, they asked me about my internship experience—what my tasks were, how it went, and what my expectations were.

Introduce yourself, how do you deal with stress, pressure, and feedback were among the questions I was asked. Of course, they also asked me to elaborate on my experiences relevant to the role I was applying for, apart from my salary expectations.

During my interviews, I was asked a mix of questions that explored mostly my background and experience.

The questions are more on my past experiences in my internships.

They asked me about the things I did and contributed in my former organizations at school and what are my weaknesses and strengths. They also asked me why I chose Primer, the rest, I cannot remember already haha.

Be open to possible works beyond your expectations. Challenges are there but it will help you with your career

There is a merchandising exam so they may need to refresh on that first. As for the interviews, I would say that I was able to answer confidently due to my internship experience in the same company. If this is not the case for the candidates, I recommend that they try to research more about the company first.

They should study the company and ask all the details of the role so they can mage their expectations. Ask even the person who you will be reporting to because magers can make or break you! I'm fortute enough to have a good one!

I think if there's one advice I can give, it's about having patience during the process. It's also best that they prepare on their resumé and make sure that all credentials are included that would seem relevant for the role that you're applying.

Demonstrate how your persol values and professiol goals align with our company's culture. Highlight experiences that showcase your ability to thrive in a team-oriented, dymic environment.

Just be yourself !

It might sound cliché, but be confident. Don't be afraid during the interview—the HR interviewers are nice and friendly. Just give it your best so you won't have any regrets.

Do your research on the company and the role you're applying for. Best determine your non-negotiables and negotiables when it comes to job applications.

If I were to give tips and advice, it would be to show that you are eager and interested in being part of this company. Be 100% confident!

I think it would be best to practice answering the commonly asked interview questions in order to get an idea on what one must answer during an interview.

Just answer the interview questions truthfully and research some info about the company for background knowledge.

for me just be yourself and answer the question as honest as possible.

Stop impressing people of things you know you cannot do; If you know your weakness is public speaking, tell them. If you're not into numbers, tell the person who's interviewing you. Just be honest. You just really have to be yourself.
