I think that since most of the people in the back-office are comprised of women, there is a lot of respect for these minority groups. I can't say much about the other matters related to child care and maternity leave since I have no experience for this.

Since I started here, I haven't encountered any issues related to diversity. The company is inclusive and open to everyone, including those who cross-dress. There's a strong culture of acceptance, and no significant concerns about diversity have come up.

The company is quite diverse, but I think the level of diversity can vary depending on the department you're in.

I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ Community and there's no shame at not telling them in your application process and even at work per se because they also empower us and give importance to us as minorities. Although when it comes to brands promoting our advocacies are a bit disappointing because some brands are a bit conservative and doesn't want to be involved in societal issues of empowerment on minorities.

They hire people from LGBTIQA+ community. They are doing their best in adjusting with their preferred pronouns but are having a difficult time.
