People are very welcoming and kind regardless of their level. Work after office hours are also present, work messages are frequently active even after office hours.

Working with my bosses and colleagues has been a breeze. They have always been so supportive and accommodating.

Since this is flexitime, we are prone to overtime if we do not set the right boundaries. But when it comes to cooperation and teamwork, in my case, we do get along well with each other and we are all willing to listen to each other's insights and suggestions. However, I do notice some sort of favoritism or nepotism here and there, but I am still quite new in the company to comment on this.

I like the friends I made here. hierarchy wise might be too structured, they don't let fresh graduates escalate the corporate ladder quickly.

Company's culture is a mix of being great and toxic. I don't feel that the structure and hierarchy is right because of colleagues who don't do anything while working. During office hours, you get to do some tasks that are not aligned with the role that you applied for. After office hours, I'm still working but given the role, it's somehow understandable except for clients who demand and expect you to be able to finish it in an instant. There's cooperation and teamwork within my interl team because all members exchange ideas.

I appreciate that the culture is casual and almost everyone is approachable. You can easily befriend a fellow KAPRIMER However, there are times when work is not professiol and objective and is influenced by persol relationships/emotions that compromises teamwork and quality outputs

There is this thing called i-STEP. Since my internship, I've noticed how much they emphasize these core values. In my department, my colleagues are kind enough to assist me whenever they can. As a fresh graduate, they are considerate and guide me along the way.

The company promotes work that let's you play; hence we are allowed to wander around the office when we need to take a break. We also have pantry rooms where we can make coffees/any drink of choice. Facility-wise, we also have resting places, cafes, etc. After work hours, we can access our company gym, play sports inside the building (there's a space allotted there), and so on.

I think Primer is able to promote work-life balance which is good. There are also HR initiatives that allows employees to interact with each other.

The work culture is very great as our supervisors and mager are very kind and very helpful to us and assist us when we don't understand other aspect of our work.

We are encouraged to work with different departments of Primer. My workplace promotes having different perspective where it is all respected and embraced. After working hours, there are times where we have gathering or scheduled out of town activities with our department.
