Working Hours at Primer Group of Companies

We are required to attend work onsite/at the office daily for 8 hours. Remote work are no longer allowed.

Our company has flexible working hours.

As stated earlier, our company is flexible with time in and out as long as we complete the required 8 hrs. If it's very busy, we work until late and it gets normalized if we don't set our boundaries.

The only thing I would continue to wish, other than career growth and pay raise is removing Saturday Workday. Even though I'm still young, I want to have a life outside work, and working for 48 hours a week or more with my current role won't let me do that.

We can report to work as early as 7:30 am up to 10:00am.

The company offers a flexible time in which you can time in 7:30-10:30 am which is great

I prefer the time when I was WFH 2x a week.

Work hours are flexible, as long as you complete the 8-hour requirement. There are no strict rules about going to the office as early as 8AM as long as you comply with the required number of working hours.

With the removal of WFH, I find that my quality of life deteriorated. I live in an area where it seems close in the maps but has very heavy traffic and poor public transportation system I have recently been driving 4-5hours a day to go to and from the office. I find that a lot of productivity and persol time is taken away from me just because of travel I find it really hard to focus in the office as well since my environment is quite noisy due to my colleagues' conversations. A lot of people often call my attention on the spot for things that could've been emailed/messaged As a person who wears many hats, productivity time is very crucial for me. I persolly prefer to WFH because I have a more conducive work set up and environment to focus in

At Primer, the work hours are very flexible. You can start as early as 7:30 AM and leave once you've completed 9 hours, including your lunch break. Overtime is optiol if you want or need to stay longer. However, from what I understand, the rules vary in some departments.

Work hours is 8 hours, plus 1 hour lunch break. The company mandates an 8-hour work day, but they're quite flexible when it comes to what time we arrive at the office. They have a 4-hour window where we are allowed to come to the office. Even lunch breaks can extend to 1 and a half hour, given that the employees have no meetings during that extended time.

Our company has a flexible working schedule. However, since I work in a service business, I understand that the number of work hours may vary but it doesn't mean always long work hours, depending on the needs and important matters
