Your responsibilities

  • Ensures that overall sales and gross margin targets for the brand are met.
  • Monitors and evaluates the sales performance of the brand and inventory level to achieve the optimum sales-to-inventory ratio.
  • Corresponds regularly with principals/suppliers on brand concerns; prepares and submits brand reports and updates as required by principals.
  • Scouts market for viable distribution monitors the performance of doors and recommends appropriate actions on doors.
  • Conceptualizes implements and evaluates marketing activities to promote brand, product, and door awareness.
  • Coordinates with advertising/PR agencies for communication and advertising requirements and monitors the same.
  • Prepares brand presentation materials and conducts brand/product orientation to concerned parties, both internal and external.
  • Conducts training for store people including brand and product to help the overall performance of staff
  • Keeps abreast with new brands and trends in the market and observes competitors regularly for pricing and new product lines.
  • Recommends sales programs to further improve sales performance and motivate salespeople 
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

  • We can start working from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, as long as you render 8 hours of work in the office.

Cons

    • The area to where our office is situated, Malate, Manila, is highly prone to flooding.

    • The workload can be quite heavy, and some processes between teams could be improved to make our work more efficient.

    • No hybrid setup anymore.

    • The salary could be better, especially with the amount of work we do.

    • There should be more training, especially for merchandising know-how since, as brand people, we should know every aspect of the business.
