As a business development customer experience associate, my role and responsibilities revolve around sourcing potential clients and communicating with the existing ones. However, I am also immersed with the other aspects of PDC especially operations as this is something that I also have to understand to be able to effectively present our services to clients, address questions and concerns, and effectively communicate to our clients generally.

The workload can be quite heavy, and some processes between teams could be improved to make our work more efficient.

The salary could be better, especially with the amount of work we do.
There should be more training, especially for merchandising know-how since, as brand people, we should know every aspect of the business.
