Your role

Creative Excellence

  • Create a strong visual e-commerce presence and design solutions for the marketplace, dotcom sites, and digital marketing that will have a high visual impact on users.
  • Keep up to date with graphic design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting-edge work.

Operationally

  • Responsible for making creative concepts, designs, and layout compositions for e-commerce stores (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, dotcom brands, and social media).
  • Visualize and design content to post on social media sites and all marketing efforts.
  • Develop graphic and visual materials to support ongoing company projects and campaigns.
  • Ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website/ platform standards.
  • Visual design of storefront and web design

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with developers and the QA team to transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
  • ​​Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new design perspectives, ideas, and style guides for a particular campaign

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in  design, advertising, multimedia, or a related field
  • Fresh Grad or with 1-2 years of experience in an advertising, graphic design, or marketing agency setting/Retail or E-commerce.
  • Graphics Design, UI/UX, Motion, Animation Graphics, Adobe software proficient
  • E-commerce platform knowledge
  • Willing to work daily onsite (Monday-Friday) in Malate, Manila

    • The area to where our office is situated, Malate, Manila, is highly prone to flooding.

    • The workload can be quite heavy, and some processes between teams could be improved to make our work more efficient.

    • No hybrid setup anymore.

    • The salary could be better, especially with the amount of work we do.

    • There should be more training, especially for merchandising know-how since, as brand people, we should know every aspect of the business.
