While the distribution of work for each individual is clear, it is also easy to get support when needed from the team. Spending time with colleagues is enjoyable inside and outside of work.

I always count myself lucky to have RCBC as my first job for allowing me to be my best self in a new environment. I had been scared the first time that I would be a fish out of water in a new place as an adult, but I am amongst friends once I was able to meet everyone. The hybrid set-up in RCBC has allowed for a work-life balance that allows us to work at our best without forgetting to reward ourselves after work.
