The managers in our company are very approachable. Not only are they helpful, but they also push us to become better and to master our craft. We have productive internal communication, and we receive appropriate feedback.

Managers are easy to approach and can be considered good mentors. Feedback is easily provided when necessary, whether positive or negative.

I've recently moved under a new mentor/supervisor once becoming a Recruitment Marketing Assistant, and I'm starting to realize why fresh graduates go for Management Training Programs. The lessons and valuable skills I learn from my mentor has guided me daily in my work. I learn about accountability, discipline, and excellence through observing and guidance of an already great mentor here at our company.
