Application Process & Interviews at RCBC

Series of interviews were systematic and accomplished in a short period of time.

The interview process mostly focuses on finding out the personality of the candidates, especially for fresh graduates. While prior experience is important, we value a candidate's willingness to learn.

It is advisable to prepare/study before taking the pre-employment assessment.

Do research on the company and the position you're applying for, but remember to never hide your personality. Have fun during your interviews and don't overthink. HR interview are not meant to judge you, they are performed to discover if we can offer the right path for your career aspirations.
