One of the beauties about working in the Systems team was the experience to diversify my knowledge on not just specific subsystems, but also the management aspect of the project.

A highlight of my work is having the opportunity to work in a team to solve a problem which is bigger than what I could tackle on my own.

Don’t focus on the grades, focus on understanding the content and its practical relevance (and the grades will come with it).

It is very satisfying to be able to come up with a creative solution to the technical challenges we have at work and to see the results we create being implemented in real deployable software.

From the people Saab hires, to the support of the social club, working at Saab is a very positive work environment.

The best thing about my job is working on important projects that make a difference to other people’s lives.

More people with diverse perspectives and ways of thinking through problems, increases the likelihood that different solutions can be discussed, and ultimately increases the likelihood that the team can devise the most appropriate solution.

My role is to develop software for Saab’s naval combat management system which is the command and control center of many advanced surface vessels and submarines.
