Thus far, it has set up various kinds of equipment for clients as diverse as St. Patrick's Health Care System, which is one of the first HMOs in the country, Peregrine Eye and Laser Institute, as well as the Leyte Provincial Hospitals, which is an 11-hospital system province-wide, the Camarines Sur Provincial hospitals and Navotas City Hospital to the biggest groups in the hospital like MPIC group (Cardinal and Makati Medical Center). They have also supplies equipment for the Cardiovascular Care Center in Taft Avenue, a center run by some of the more prominent cardiologists in the country. They have also supplied medical equipment to St. Luke's Medical Center Global City as well as National Kidney and Transplant Institute.

They are proud of having their ability to execute on time and on the budget for 100% of the equipment needs of brand new hospitals, from the smallest surgical instruments to the large 1.5 Tesla MRI. Their quality is such that when they did a demo of their operating room cautery machines from Germany, Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center decided to get 8 units for their OR expansion; and all their needs for their treadmill systems.

They send engineers and medical doctors to the factories of their partner manufacturers for on-site inspections. They have on board members who have a medical degree or are PhDs.

Recruitment Process

Steps in their recruitment process:

  1. Applicants can send their CV/resume through the "Apply now" buttons on each job posting from their Jobs & Opportunities section.
  2. They will then screen all CVs/resumes, for approx./ 1-3 days.
  3. If they find your qualifications will meet their requirements, they will invite you for a virtual interview via zoom or whichever is convenient. Invitations sent will most likely be for a next-day interview.
  4. After the virtual interview, HR will be assessing your application within 1-5 days. Within these days, applicants will either get an email or text message of rejection or an invitation for a face-to-face 2nd interview with the department head.
  5. After the second interview, a background check will be performed with the applicant's previous employers or professors/university (if fresh graduate). This background check will consume at least 2-3 days then an update will be given to the applicants on whether the results are favorable or not.
  6. For non-successful applicants, you will immediately get an update from them via email. For successful applicants, you will be called again for a face-to-face appointment for the final interview/job offer.
