Your role
- Conducts sampling and inspection of incoming raw materials
- Conducts testing of raw materials
- Evaluates supplier's COA prior to release
- Evaluates supplier's CAPA in response to the Quality Notification

About you
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist or Chemical Engineer
- Experience in sampling and inspection in a pharmaceutical or any related industry is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and inspection processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player and able to work independently

Pros
I love the culture and people. I genuinely feel the "Alagang Unilab", because my colleagues are really caring and supportive. They've become my family, and we look after each other pretty well (always asking about how someone's doing and taking the time to help when in need) Another great thing about the company is the workplace environment; it's definitely a bonus to be working in a LEED-certified workplace (so clean and full of nature!)
Good working environment and good benefits.
Unilab gives a great training ground even among young individuals like me to showcase my talent and hone my skills.
Cons
I am office-based, and I think introducing more flexibility in our schedules/work hours could enhance the overall employee experience.
Not really the worst thing but something that can be improved on. Company can fast track digitization/ automation of some processes and invest on better ergonomic chairs to reduce risk of injuries and strain.
Not a competitive salary compared to other big companies.
