Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Conducts physico-chemical analysis of ESFGs, including troubleshooting and optimization, using available references and following GLP and GDP.
- Participates in discussions on OOS test results and performs recommended confirmatory tests.
- Evaluates documents from ESFG suppliers based on compendia and industry standards.
- Documents analytical procedures and implements Analytical Technology Transfer through document transfer.
- Performs custodianship of assets, including maintenance, calibration, and supply procurement.
- Works on special projects either by own initiative or as assigned by higher-level analysts.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a licensed Chemist.
- Be open to fresh graduates; relevant work experience is an advantage.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision but willing to be trained and continue learning.

Pros
I love the culture and people. I genuinely feel the "Alagang Unilab", because my colleagues are really caring and supportive. They've become my family, and we look after each other pretty well (always asking about how someone's doing and taking the time to help when in need) Another great thing about the company is the workplace environment; it's definitely a bonus to be working in a LEED-certified workplace (so clean and full of nature!)

Cons
I am office-based, and I think introducing more flexibility in our schedules/work hours could enhance the overall employee experience.
Not really the worst thing but something that can be improved on. Company can fast track digitization/ automation of some processes and invest on better ergonomic chairs to reduce risk of injuries and strain.
Not a competitive salary compared to other big companies.
