Role Overview:
- Create Analytics reports using Excel and PowerPoint and manage databases
- Assist in system implementation/integration
- Document the system requirements and the proposed resolution
- Provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external customers
- Provides support to the Field Operations and product marketing in matters relating to business requirements
- Develop and enhance simple to complex front end application (ex. mobile applications, web applications)
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- With at least one (1) year relevant work experience
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MySQL, HTML, CSS, .Net, C++, JavaScript
- Knowledgeable in IT trends (ex. AI, machine learning).
- Knowledgable in data science programming such as R or Phyton is an advantage
- Knowledgable in data visualization tools (ex. Tableau)
- Background in Mobile Application Development is a plus but not required
- Able to use different programming platforms
- Can work under minimal supervision

My tasks basically revolve on providing key support to HR's role of designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated programs which support strategic business objectives and drive the optimum performance of Unilab. I believe I am able to give valuable contributions to my company, and I find my work really meaningful.

Pros
I love the culture and people. I genuinely feel the "Alagang Unilab", because my colleagues are really caring and supportive. They've become my family, and we look after each other pretty well (always asking about how someone's doing and taking the time to help when in need) Another great thing about the company is the workplace environment; it's definitely a bonus to be working in a LEED-certified workplace (so clean and full of nature!)

Unilab gives a great training ground even among young individuals like me to showcase my talent and hone my skills.
Cons
I am office-based, and I think introducing more flexibility in our schedules/work hours could enhance the overall employee experience.
Not really the worst thing but something that can be improved on. Company can fast track digitization/ automation of some processes and invest on better ergonomic chairs to reduce risk of injuries and strain.
Not a competitive salary compared to other big companies.
