Your role

• Assists in the design of  training programs based on organizational and employee need and coordinates these accordingly
• Assist in program implementation and management of training activities and learning sessions
• Maintains training logistics requirements of the department
• Maintains training records for planning, monitoring, and follow-through activities

About you

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/ Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
• With Basic knowledge in the designing and implementing training curricula specifically in a manufacturing setting
• Understands the basics of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Knowledgeable in Pharma GMP and OSHA regulation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• With excellent interpersonal skills
