Job Summary

  • Responsible for customerโ€™s Order to Deliver (O2D) cycle and customer issue resolution.
  • Analyze Customer Service KPIs (internal and aligned) to identify improvement areas of the operations and work closely with SC cross-functional teams (i.e. Planning, Logistics, Make) to resolve and deliver customer service excellence.
  • Drives cross functional alignment in partnership with CD and across Supply chain to strengthen collaboration, improve service and operations.
  • Partners with Customers and drive diamond model set-ups to strengthen collaboration, improve service and operations.
  • Work closely with 3P handling Order Management to ensure processes are completed correctly and on-time.
  • Understand the day-to-day operations and demands of each customer group
  • Analyze KPIs (service, inventory, forecast, OSA) and identify points for improvement
  • Create dashboards (Power BI) tailor-fit per customer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences (preferably IE, Engineering or Statistics major)
  • Skilled in use automation tools (ex. Power BI)
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge on CS&L operations
  • Knowledgeable in Planning, Forecasting and Supply Chain operations
  • Strong Service Orientation
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Critical thinker and highly analytical
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

    • As a management trainee, the constant moving from one role to another, not allowing myself to fully grow and establish myself in a role and mastering the ins and outs of it.

    • Because it's such a large organization - the bureaucracy.

    • Due to it being one of the bests in the industry especially when it comes to finance the expectations might sometimes be too high.

    • Living in Manila one is not immune to the horrible traffic of the country, making the commute to and from work much worse than it should be.
