Youโll be joining the UniOps function. UniOps touches every area of the business providing internal core services and enabling Unilever to respond to the big technological challenges all businesses face these days; for example, the buying trends of millennials or the need to be agile in a fast-changing world.

A lot of learning venue
Since I've been given 3 projects to lead, my day-to-day responsibilities are to look after them. I don't have tasks that merely assist or operationalize, instead I strategize and plan towards the completion of my projects within a given timeline.
There is a balance between operations work and projects. I can propose and work on passion projects.

High volume of work.
As a management trainee, the constant moving from one role to another, not allowing myself to fully grow and establish myself in a role and mastering the ins and outs of it.
Because it's such a large organization - the bureaucracy.
Due to it being one of the bests in the industry especially when it comes to finance the expectations might sometimes be too high.
Living in Manila one is not immune to the horrible traffic of the country, making the commute to and from work much worse than it should be.
