Training & Personal Development at Unilever Philippines

There are a lot of workshops that I can enroll for at Unilever. Workshops that are mainly focused on hard and technical skills that I can use at work.

Trainings are present albeit not on a very regular basis. What pushes me to give a low score though is that handovers especially in my case are rushed and I am often thrown into the fire without much preparation.

There are multiple avenues for formal and informal learning/training

Traning is very complete, but learning curve is very steep

We have learning sessions every now and then. Example: Presentation skills, data skills, etc.
