Self mastery is the key. You don't have to work after 5. It's always optional.

Very flexible! My schedule is to report from 8am to 5pm, but I tend to not be consistent with that schedule because I have class. So, sometimes I clock in later than 8am, and sometimes I clock out after 5pm.

The company operates on a flexible schedule, meaning employees are not fixed to a 9-5 schedule. However, the amount of work usually dictates that employees will go past a standard work day in terms of hours in order to meet deliverables and tasks on a daily basis.
