An applicant will receive an invitation thru text from HR Personnel for the schedule of the initial interview that will be held in the office. He/She should bring an updated resume/CV during the scheduled interview. If the applicant cannot be able to attend, He/She should notify ahead of time and can request a phone call interview.
After the initial screening, the shortlisted applicants will be endorsed for a second interview with the immediate head/superior from the requesting department.
If the applicant is already done and passed the second interview, they will be advised to take two exams online. The exams will be sent thru an active email address of the said candidate.
Shortlisted applicants who already took the exam will be scheduled for a final interview with the Operations Manager of WIN.
Qualified applicants will be offered a good starting salary with other benefits packages. The company will give pay raises and promotions based on an individual's performance.
