The UST Career Fair 2022 was held on Monday the 30th of May 2022. It was for students looking for internships and/or graduate jobs with employers.
The Career fair was a 3-day Career event. Day 1 was an Orientation, and Career Seminar for Alumni and Graduating Students. Day 2 was a Mock Interview Session. Lastly, Day 3 is the Panel session that was live for six hours. During the first 50 minutes, students joined a Panel Session with a panellist of employers top of their field where they find out about the sector and collect some insider tips on how to succeed in their career. For the remaining 40 minutes, students visited Break out rooms to meet the employers and ask them questions. It consists of 4 blocks with 8 different streams/industries; Business, Banking & Finance, Retail, Sales & Manufacturing, Health & Medical Sciences, IT & Technology and Management Consulting & Education.

These concurrent sessions will give you an opportunity to find out about the sector and collect some insider tips on how to succeed.
Get a chance to ask questions directly to the presenters and get an instant answer from them.
Join your preferred stream and listen critically to what each recruiter is saying and post or ask your questions interactively. Either stay in one stream for the whole event or jump between streams.

Don’t miss this event! Understanding what employers do is critical to submitting successful applications, so take this event seriously, save it to your calendar and show up.
Make sure to research the employers you're interested in before the event, especially those you haven't heard of before. Make sure you understand what they do and prepare some well thought through questions to ask them!
Review the Sessions and decide which one you plan join. You can of course switch between sessions, but make sure to join the panel session for the stream you're most interested in.

When the event begins, start by joining your preferred stream. Listen critically to what each recruiter is saying and post your questions in the chat. Either stay in one stream for the whole event or jump between streams.
All sessions will be recorded for the benefit of future students and those who aren't able to attend the career fair. Content may be used by the event host, the employer, or on a Prosple website.
